Who We Are

FIVE L Group is a team of Insurance  professionals who understand both sides of the table and are committed to doing the right thing. We have decades of experience managing claims, complex litigation, and insurance risk at the highest levels of responsibility. We have multi-line backgrounds spanning the full array of P&C and Health Insurance coverages.

Our team members are seasoned experts who are committed to nationally recognized industry standards. We have counseled and trained scores of adjusters in claim-related standards, customs, practices, and procedures involving various lines of business; especially as it relates to fair dealing and good faith claim practices.  When it comes to first-party and third-party claims, the FIVE L Group deeply understands the responsibilities and practices involved in the investigation, evaluation, settlement, litigation management, and resolution phases of claims.

 
Individually and collectively, the FIVE L Group has been responsible for losses valued over $1B+ dollars at the primary, excess, and reinsurance levels. We have been responsible for the management of claim departments for carriers, TPAs, and insurance agencies. Our team members have been entrusted with department reserve and settlement authority.  We have reviewed and audited thousands of open and closed claims from various organizations for adherence to company standards and industry practices.
